Doing some editing and I see that I have all these posts I've reclassified as "whining." I hate whining, I hate being whiny. Don't you think all whiners should be banished to a far corner where they can drive each other mad with that peculiar tone of voice and delivery that is hard to describe but known to us all? [I would say "oy vay" but that's probably stereotyping -- but you know what I mean]
I'm not talking little kids whining. That is truly annoying, too. But theirs still comes from some purer neediness, they're in the process of honing the skills to become true whiners in adulthood.
Resolution: minimize whining! Look at the spring out there and, while you're wishing you could be out in it [whine, whine], appreciate it because it was a long freakin' winter and it's
over!
